Many of these are found in the deli section and made fresh in the store but have a limited shelf life.

For those who are busy, frozen vegetables and fruits are just as healthy as their fresh cousins. Some people will mix the two but the great thing about buying frozen is that these can be placed into sealable storage bags and heated individually. This cuts down cooking time and clean up after a long day.

Fresh food is the best food to eat every day and even if it includes frozen produce, it is better than eating out. Many items take only minutes to cook and there are online tutorials that demonstrate how easy it is to prepare food without extra sodium or fat. It can take a minute to fully get on board but any pattern of consistency is sure to lead to noticeable weight loss.
